Seva embodies the Sanskrit ethos of ‘selfless service’, forming the foundation of our casual yet elevated modern dining experience.

Established in San Juan in 2024, our restaurant is designed with sensorial elements that create an environment where guests can truly see, taste, and immerse in the moment. Our menu features New American cuisine with global influences, presented in a creative, consistent, and unassuming manner — all the while, rich with nuanced flavor.

Leading the culinary team are head chefs Neil Dy and Amanda Hao, who have cultivated their skills since their private dining concept, 29 Sang. Jonah Chantong, a former partner at The Rooftop Katipunan, leads the front-of-house team, ensuring guests feel warmly welcomed and comfortably settled.

Our distinctive cocktail menu, curated by renowned mixologists Niko Tiutan and Alex Atienza, is complemented by an extensive range of wines, overseen by managing partner, Juliana Guzman.
